For today’s recipe I wanted to make a cream cheese bar cookie layered with Blackberry Rhubarb Jam. I’m not sure what I did wrong, but they were a mess. The cream cheese mixture bubbled up through the topping and burned on the sides of the pan. Yikes! It wasn’t pretty. Now if they had still tasted spectacular I would have posted them anyway, but they were really only sort of okay. So instead I’m posting a past recipe: Chocolate Loganberry Bars. These are really good!
