I have been making jams and jellies for many years. When I first started, I made every kind I could think of – at one time I was selling over 60 varieties!! But for a one person business, this didn’t really make sense.
When I spoke to my children about jumping back into making jams full-time, their first comment was: “Mom, you really need to limit how many different products you make!” This is really hard for me, even though I know they are right.
