Last weekend I steamed my “Cinderella Pumpkins” so that I could make pumpkin butter – yum! Pumpkin Butter is great on biscuits and ice cream or used to make Jenny’s Super Easy Pumpkin Mousse Pie. I also like it on gingerbread. I have been waiting until the pumpkin butter was made to try a new recipe: Gingerbread Scones. This is a recipe adapted from Simply Scones by Leslie Weiner and Barbara Albright. The scones were really good and made even better with pumpkin cream! I’ve added the recipes.
